With over 80 years of experience in our Fredericksburg location, we are your HOME LOAN EXPERTS. Our Loan Officers attend all of our closings and we also have in house underwriting autonomy for some of our lenders and product programs. If we can't do it, no one can!

Sterling Mortgage has 7 offices and has been in business for over 20 years. Our corporate office is located in Richmond, Virginia. We also have offices in Fredericksburg, White Stone, Caroline County, Charlottesville, Kilmarnock, Gloucester and Rocky Mount, NC.

Fredericksburg Office

We are located at 4820 Southpoint Drive in the Massaponax area. We are conveniently located near the DMV and other Real Estate and Home Improvement businesses.
