Easy-to-do Process

When a new prospective buyer contacts you:

• Ask if they have been pre-qualified or pre-approved.
• Write their name and number on my Log List.
• Give them my Pre-qualification Packet (for callers, simply give them my name and number)
• I will have an answer for them within 4 hours.
